STAIN COLOR: SALVAGE

SALVAGE Stain is a reactive wood stain and creates shades of browns & grays, with color results based on wood species. Salvage is not a pigmented stain, but instead will bring out the wood's existing natural beauty and colors. That means your end color is a result of the type of wood you're using!

SALVAGE can be applied 3 different ways.

  • For a light color, apply the stain and wipe it back off.
  • For a medium color, drench the wood and allow the oak to absorb the stain, turning gray/brown as it dries.
  • For an even darker look, apply multiple coats of stain to achieve your perfect shade.

SALVAGE is both an interior and exterior stain, suitable for hardwoods, soft woods, veneers, & reclaimed wood:

  • EXTERIOR WATERPROOFER should be applied.
  • TOPCOAT INTERIORS when someone will touch the wood, especially floors, cabinetry and furniture.
  • Seal with your favorite Weatherwood Stains polyurethane or varnish topcoat.

Salvage is industrial quality suitable for commercial use.
