Fulfillment

Orders ship from Utah via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We offer national and international delivery.
If USPS does not deliver to your physical address, please provide a PO Box at checkout.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are processed within 24 hours of payment and typically ship the next business day.
Orders placed before 8:00 AM PST are prioritized for same-day fulfillment.

Expedited Shipping

For urgent needs, select 2-Day or Overnight shipping at checkout.
Transit times are based on carrier business-day schedules.

Returns

Because final color results depend on wood species and preparation, we strongly recommend testing samples before placing large orders.
Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final.
