UNIFORMITY: Because WW is based on the natural tannins within the wood itself, resulting wood coloration, darkness, and possibly hue will vary from board to board creating a beautiful and natural display. Test several planks of each species to decide on highs and lows.
ORDERING: In stock orders placed before 11pm MST will ship the following business day.
We ask that you order in advance of your project. We recommend that you order 15-20% more product than product specification calls for, to allow for mock ups, project changes, waste, etc.
LEAD TIME: Due to WW's high demand orders larger than 110 gallons require a lead time of 4 weeks. Weatherwood is its own brand, we manufacturer and distribute the product to ensure only the best end product for consumers. RETURNS: No returns or exchanges possible due to the nature of the industry.
DAMAGES: Items damaged during shipping must be documented *at the time of receipt and marked on the shipping slip as "Damaged" before the carrier leaves. Email support@weatherwoodstains.com with photos of damaged items for speedy assistance.
